born and raised in Amman, Jordan.
He wanted to do something extraordinary from a young age. The main focus was to excel in authentic middle eastern food.
Being a Restaurant owner for more than five years in the past had grown his passion and own-made recipes and marinade to establish a mobile food restaurant to bring to Canada to allow them to experience the taste of the middle east from within their own city

Donia learned the ins and outs of the kitchen from the young age of 2 in Ottawa and took her experiences to help her family with their new venture
She has developed a love for food & a passion for serving her customers through the daily interactions she has with them

Mona Qutub
Co-owner
Mona came to Canada from the Middle East at a young age and had been working in the banking industry for more than 25 years.
Her infectious positive energy, smile and excellence in customer service is felt immediately by all customers and people that are around her.
She decided to join her husband, Fouad, and has made Donia’s Donair what it is today! She is the mastermind and organizer behind the scenes, but is also there every day to make sure everything is running smoothly and everyone is happy!
